Another Beautiful Bang Yongguk Concert Experience!

Welcome to another one of my concert adventures! For this one, I went to see THE Bang Yongguk in Dallas, Texas on Sunday, April 14th. This was my 2nd time seeing him live and it was just as amazing as the first time, if not more. And I got to spend time with one of my good friends/ sis/ fellow fangirls 🙂

The Concert Experience!

The show started right at 7, opening with a DJ. He played a lot of Texas (Houston) artists/ music and set the vibe for the rest if the show. I want to say he was on for about 15-20 minutes until he introduced Yongguk. Yongguk performed every song from his latest EP, along with some songs from his last 2 projects. He even performed one from back in his B.A.P days.

Again, it was so good to see Yongguk again. He was still so transparent and not afraid to share his emotions with us. I am so glad that we were all able to show our appreciation to him and hopefully it made him feel special; he deserves it. It looked like he teared up during one of his songs (can’t remember which one right now).

And there were some moments where he stopped and just looked at the crowd. I know I had a couple of moments where I was looking at him the same way, feeling so proud of him, and all that he has gone through, and overcome, to be on the stage for us.

Final Thoughts!

I feel like I say this every time I go to a general admission concert, but these are getting harder to harder to go to. If it’s not the part of having to stand in line then stand up the entire night if you want a decent view, it’s hoping to not get stuck behind someone tall, or someone who holds up their phone for pics and videos the entire show. Then, there’s also the fact that at some point, the crowd shifts, and you probably won’t end up in the same spot that you started at. If you aren’t barricade, your spot is not promised, but I cannot see myself standing in line all day long, just to get that spot.

Going to events, in general, feels different these days. I’m not quite sure what it is, and it’s something that started a while ago for me. I have let others ruin my experiences in the past, and have chosen to go to some alone, which ended up being a lot more fun. But, the older I get, and the more my interests change, it just feels “weird”, in a way.

So, stay tuned for my next adventure, whenever and wherever that may be 🙂
