Another late Muzik Playback, another month, another opportunity for growth. So, I had to take another social media break last month. For one, I got sick and feel like I’m still recovering and trying to bounce back from that. And two, mentally, I had another setback and was having a hard time pulling myself out of that. To be honest, I’m still kind of struggling.
I am doing my best to be okay and be honest about how I’m feeling. Therapy is still a massive help. My support system has been great, and, of course, all of my favorite things and people.
New Music/ Fangirl Update!
Monsta X released a beautiful new English-language single called “Growing Pains”. I cried listening to the song and watching the video. The song title is self-explanatory, and the lyrics hit home for me. Even though we still have no news or updates when it comes to U.S. tour dates, they will be dropping an English-language mini album next month (April).

J.Cole dropped his new, long-awaited album ‘The Fall Off’ and released tour dates. So, of course, I bought tickets to see him in Dallas. It’s also a birthday gift for my boyfriend, so we’ll be able to enjoy one of our favorite artists together.

Dramas I’ve Been Watching/ Looking Forward to…
I’ve been watching more Anime recently, but I really got back into Thai BL Dramas. I recently finished ‘Dare You to Death’ on Netflix and ‘Boy Next World’ on YouTube starring two of my favorite BL actors, Boss and Noeul. And I started ‘Love Sea” (also on YouTube) that stars Fort and Peat from Love in the Air (along with Boss and Noeul). ‘Love in the Air’ will always be one of my favorite BL Dramas because it was one of the first ones I ever watched and have been looking for every drama with Boss and Noeul since 🙂
I also started a not-so recent Vampire BL Drama with another favorite couple of mine, Boun and Prem. So, the list of BL Dramas that I am excited to watch is building. Outside of Thai BL Dramas, though, I am looking forward to the second season of the K-Drama ‘Bloodhounds’. K-pop solo icon Rain will also be in it, so I’m excited to see him in it, as well as the original lead actors.

Final Thoughts!
At this moment in time, I am working on keeping things as simple as possible. Of course, I will still have my moments, but staying calm is a super power right now. Things tend to fall in place when we aren’t constantly worrying about everything and everyone, or what’s next. It’s important, now more than ever, to stay present in the moment.
