And it is time for the last Muzik Playback of the year! The closer that we get to the end of this year, the more I realize how much I didn’t create. This blog and my social media pages suffered, mostly Instagram and Youtube. I kind of found my groove on TikTok, thanks to the re-emergence of my love for WWE, and the friends that I have made because of it. But it has really been a rough year, in every aspect of my life.
My Favorite Moments from 2024
I did have some special moments and highlights, though. Even though I didn’t get a chance to go to a lot of concerts this year, the one that I did go to, was an amazing experience; not just because of seeing one of my favorite solo K-Pop/ K-Hip Hop, R&B artists Bang Yongguk, but getting a chance to hang out with one of favorite people 🙂
Since I went to less concerts, that opened a chance for me to attend a couple of Live WWE shows, making my inner child very happy.
And I have one planned for February next year. I recently bought tickets to the Smackdown show happening in New Orleans. I’m really excited for it and hope that I have a chance to attend a lot more. So, prepare for a lot more WWE fangirl content in 2025!
My Favorite Music and Videos (& Other Things)
I did enjoy more Animes and K-Dramas this past year, even doing a review on a couple of them (see those links below). As of right now, I still have a queue full of Dramas and Animes that I haven’t gotten to, but I am extremely looking forward to Squid Game season 2 (comes out 12/26) and Alice in Borderland season 3 next year (date TBD). Now when it comes to Anime, I feel like I watched a lot of throwback shows/ episodes, including Dragon Ball Z and Sailor Moon. But I can say that I am happy that I ended this year with DanDaDan. It was such a gem and I (along with a lot of other Anime fans) have been obsessed with the theme song.
Now, let’s talk music for a second… If my Apple Music recap means anything, my year was full of my K-Pop Favs and WWE theme songs (for the wrestlers). I did listen to a lot of other music in between, but I always go back to the Favs (Highlight, Monsta X, Got7, Big Bang, EXO, and B.A.P). And I am even more excited for 2025 since some of those groups will probably have comebacks and tours (hopefully), including members from Monsta X returning from the military and celebrating 10 years together.

What’s to Come in 2025?
I feel like every year I do have some regrets, and because of that, I am hesitant to share any plans that I have. I don’t want anyone to ruin it or put any negativity towards it before it gets here. But I will say that I was very close to ending Muzik Junqie altogether. I am in a better place now where I can’t see myself doing that.
This blog has meant too much to me to give up on it. There will be changes, but only changes that make me happy and that I will be proud to share. I am still finding my way when it comes to writing/ blogging, creating, experiencing life, and being present, in general. Life is a constant learning experience.
With that said, though, I plan on sharing more of myself in 2025, and hopefully helping those who need it, as well.
